Gold nano particles and gold nano rodｓ show a special character to the localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR). We aim at the practical application of a sophisticated device by LSPR. To do this aim，we need to (1) raise degree of freedom of system , (2) control position of nano particle accurately and (3) decrease the cost of technology. We proposes the array technology by the assembly and the transcript of two stages and we research and develop it.
