Gold nano particles have the property called localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) and they are expected to apply to the chemical analysis using Surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy. The most suitable particle diameter for this purpose is 60 nm and it is necessary to mix two kinds of solution quickly and uniformly for the synthesis of uniform gold nanoparticles. That’s why, in this research, we fabricated the microreactor which can control the mixing speed and reaction condition such as temperature. By using this device, we will find the optimum condition for the synthesis of uniform gold nanoparticle with the target diameter.
