For effective usage, DNA nanostructure undergoes a process called purification after its fabrication, during which only well-fabricated DNA nanostructure is collected. In this research, a microfluidic sieving structure utilizing Ogston sieving mechanism is used to replace traditional gel electrophoresis, which requires manual labor and long time, to provide much faster, automated and efficient purification method.
