Self-assembling of DNA Origami with Ultrasonic Vibration

We aim to establish a new nanofabrication technology for next generation which can assemble various nano-scale material with MEMS using DNA origami. DNA origami is a 2-D structure with size of 100 nm square made of long DNA strand, and it is utilized as a functional building block. Directed self-assembly of the multiple DNA origamis were carried out in the microfludic system. In this research, self-assembly yield of three DNA origamis E, F, G which are designed to be assembled as E-F-G was improved by using ultrasonic energy.
