Characterization of SWCNT with ssDNA

SWCNT (Single walled carbon nanotube) is known to have exceptional mechanical properties. However, there are few experimental results of tensile test on SWCNT because it is difficult to manipulate it. We suggested a novel method for SWCNT assembly utilizing ssDNA (single strand DNA). Also, measuring FET properties of SWCNT, we found the possibility that our method is applicable to CNT-FET fabrication.
