Coupled MEMS resonators for reservoir computing

Among hardware implementation methods of  neuromorphic computing, Reservoir computing (RC) is expected to be one of the promising candidates. Here, we investigate nonlinear transient dynamics in electrostatically coupled MEMS resonator as physical reservoir in RC.
