Mode Localization and Reservoir Computing of MEMS Resonator Array

Recently, physical reservoir computing (PRC) has attracted attention as a fast and power-saving implementation of machine learning. In this study, we evaluate the effect of vibration mode localization on reservoir performance by numerical analysis in order to establish a design methodology for PRC using MEMS resonator arrays.
