Data processing using MEMS

Reservoir computing is a kind of machine learning that is used for time series data processing like classification or prediction. Physical RC is newly proposed concept that utilizes various nano/micro nonlinear dynamics for physical implementation of the RC calculation. Applying this concept, MEMS designed as nonlinear is expected to have real-time processing capability of physical stimuli like vibration for classification.
