Evaluation of CNT-TFT response current as a reservoir

Physical reservoir computing is a machine learning that can process time series data at low power and high speed. In this research, we aim to realize a physical reservoir device that uses the response current of a carbon nanotube thin film transistor as a computational resource and evaluate it using NRMSE. It is expected to implement a flexible physical reservoir device that acquires biological information with high sensitivity by using CNTs with excellent properties.
