装置利用のための手続き

1. 装置管理者に連絡
   氏名，連絡先，使用目的，実験内容の詳細

    実験内容の詳細(例)
     エッチング装置：基板，被加工材料，マスク，使用ガスなど
     成膜装置：基板，成膜材料など

2. 管理者の許可
   管理者が使用を許可，オペトレ実施について連絡，管理者本人または指示されたスーパーユーザ
3. オペトレの日程調整
   スーパーユーザ，管理者と利用者で日程を決める．
4. オペトレ実施
5. オペトレ終了後
   管理者，CRスタッフに連絡
   

注意

• 管理者の許可なくオペトレを受けてはならない
• 装置によってはオペトレは実施を許可されたスーパーユーザのみに制限されている．

Procedure to use a machine

1. Contact Administrator of the machine
   Your name, Purpose of use, and Details of experiments.

   Example of details
    Etching machine: Substrate, material to be etched, mask material, and etching gases.
    Deposition machine: Method, Substrate, Depositing material

2. Permission from machine admin
   Give a permission for usage. Admin will inform to you and CR staff about a person who will teach the operation of the machine.
3. Schedule for operation training.
   Decide the date of training
4. Operation Training
5. After training: Contact admin and CR staff to inform
   

Note

• No operation training without permission from admin.
• Operation training can be given by only authorized users.
