Xiaoxu MA was born in 1989, He received the Bachelor degree in Material Sciences and Engineering from Nanjing University, Nanjing, China, in 2012, where he is currently working toward the M.E. degree in The Department of Micro Engineering. His research subject concerns 3D photolithography.
