田畑研究室の修士2回生秋柴君を含む，4名の日本の大学院学生がエジプト・アレキサンドリアにあるエジプト-日本科学技術大学(E-JUST)を訪問し，当地の学生と交流を行いました．E-JUSTは日本政府が支援を行い，設立された大学であり，日本の多くの大学が各専攻の運営，教育の支援を行っています．3月6日，4名の日本人学生がE-JUSTのキャンパスを訪問し，実験室を見学，その後各自の研究に関するプレゼンテーションを行いました．E-JUSTの学生・教員から活発な質疑があり，大変有意義な交流でした．
Four Japanese graduate school students (from Kyoto University, Kyoto Institue of Technology, and Ritsumeikan University visited Egypt-Japan University of Schience and Technology (E-JUST), Alexandoria, Egypt on March, 6. E-JUST was founded with support of Japanese goverment, and many university in Japan are supporting their operation, research, and education. The students visited the laboratory and make presentations on their research. Fruitful discussion was made between Japanese and E-JUST students.
