Microfluidic device for separation of DNA origami complexes

DNA origami is a key technology in the field of structural DNA nanotechnology to fold DNA into a variety of 2D/3D desired structures via self assembly. When we make DNA origami or DNA origami complexes, there are a lot of f excess reactants remain in addition to the successfully fabricated DNA nanostructures. Standard method for the removal of excess reactants has several problems. To overcome problems, microfluidic device by using Dielectrophoresis(DEP) is proposed, However corrosion of electrode is confirmed. To overcome this problem, PDMS protection layer is proposed  and used to microfluidic device for the separation of DNA origami compounds and other nanoparticles.
