Outstanding Paper Award (Poster) @ Transducers2021

A poster presentation from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), which Prof. Tsuchiya is a co-authored, won Outstanding Paper Award (Poster) in Transducers2021 (The 21st International Conference on Solid-State Sensors, Actuators and Microsystems). This paper is based on the results in a joint-class MEMS device design project between HKUST, Tsinghua University (China) and Kyoto University.
