Access
Check venue. It will take about one hour
from
JR Kyoto station to Katsura Campus.

Lunch
Because of weekend, shops and restaurants in Katsura campus are not
fully opened,
and the campus is separated from other shops and restaurants.
Especially on Sunday, the main restaurant is closed. Only a small
bakery and a french restaurant are opened. We strongly
recommend all of you to buy a ticket for lunch box for Sunday in
advance.
Please notice that you should buy the ticket until 11 am on
Saturday.
Price : 500 yen, a bottle of tea included.
If you will not be there by this time, please tell us by replying
this mail until Friday 16th.

Poster Presentation Guidelines：
Authors are responsible for mounting their own posters on
poster boards. All posters are to remain up during the Workshop.
Presenters will be assigned to stand in front of their
posters on designated date and time for discussion.
The posters must be removed by 5:30 pm, Sunday, 18 December.

1.5 meter high x 1 meter wide (maximum)
-Room
Poster presentation will be held in Sangakukoryu Lounge at ROHM
Plaza.
The poster board will indicate the poster number in left corner.
