Microfluidic device for separation of DNA origami and other nanoparticles


 DNA nanotechnology is expected to play an important role to bridge the gap between the nanoscale components and the microscale MEMS. However, the fabrication processes of those DNA origami complexes always introduce impurities such as the excess protein and/or metal nanoparticles. The purification of DNA origami complexes is indispensable for further application. Therefore, this research aims to build a device for the separation of DNA origami complexes and other nanoparticles.
